Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  • Place salmon fillets in the prepared dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Optionally, broil for 1–2 minutes for a caramelized top.
  • Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot.
