Preparation

Cooking

  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, combine diced sweet potatoes, broccoli, sliced chicken sausage, and red bell peppers.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Toss until everything is coated evenly.
  • Cook in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning.
