Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced papaya
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup diced apple
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 orange segmented
  • 1 cup diced cantaloupe or watermelon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or agave optional
  • Tajín seasoning or chili powder optional for topping
  • Chopped mint optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel, and chop all fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the prepared fruits.
  • Drizzle with lime juice and honey (if using). Toss gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle with Tajín or chili powder if a spicy touch is desired.
  • Garnish with chopped mint.
  • Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
