Ingredients
  

  • ½ ripe banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango or strawberries
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ¼ cup raw spinach or steamed cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter optional
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds or hemp seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Add Ingredients to Blender: Place all ingredients (banana, fruit, yogurt, milk, veggies, and optional add-ins) into a blender.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth. Scrape down sides if needed.
  • Serve Immediately: Pour into toddler cups or sippy cups. Optionally, serve with a straw.
