Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb snow crab legs
  • 1 lb clams or mussels
  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
  • 4 ears corn cut into thirds
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil potatoes: In a large stockpot, bring water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add corn and sausage: Add the corn and sliced sausage to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Add seafood: Add the shrimp, crab legs, and clams/mussels. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the clams open (about 5–7 minutes).
  • Prepare the butter sauce: While the seafood cooks, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon slices.
  • Combine and serve: Drain the seafood and vegetables. Toss them in the garlic butter sauce until well coated.
  • Garnish and enjoy: Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot with extra lemon wedges and hot sauce on the side.
