Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs For the s'mores flavor
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use your favorite type of chocolate
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows For a gooey center

For the batter

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 large egg Room temperature
  • 1 cup milk Whole milk preferred

For frying

  • Oil Oil for frying Vegetable or canola oil works well
  • Powdered sugar Powdered sugar for dusting For serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows together.
  • Take a small amount of the mixture and form it into a ball.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, egg, and milk to form a batter.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  • Dip the graham cracker balls in the batter and carefully place them in the hot oil.
  • Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or refrigerate for up to a week. Reheat in an oven or air fryer for best texture.
