Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients: 6-8 oz of frozen fruit and 6-8 oz of your favorite milk.
  • Put the frozen fruit in your blender first to help achieve a smooth blend.
  • Add the milk on top of the frozen fruit, ensuring it covers the fruit completely.
  • Close the blender lid and blend for about 30 seconds until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
  • If necessary, stop blending and use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything blends well.
  • Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy it right away!

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider adding a tablespoon of yogurt or a banana. Experiment with different fruit combinations to find your favorite flavor.
