Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1 cup mango or peach diced
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 apple diced (tossed in a little lemon juice to prevent browning)
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup plain yogurt or sour cream optional, for extra creaminess
  • 1  tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: shredded coconut chopped nuts, maraschino cherries

Instructions
 

  • Prepare fruit: In a large bowl, combine pineapple, strawberries, grapes, mango (or peach), banana, and apple.
  • Make dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together condensed milk, yogurt (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Combine: Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  • Chill (optional): Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes for a cooler dessert.
  • Serve: Spoon into individual bowls and top with coconut, nuts, or cherries if desired.
