Ingredients
  

  • 4 cod fillets about 6 oz each
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place cod fillets in a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the garlic butter mixture over the cod.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
