  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta Can substitute with any type of pasta.
  • 2 cups corn Can use frozen or fresh corn.
  • ½ cup garlic butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can be substituted with mozzarella or pepper jack cheese.
  • ½ cup milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in ranch seasoning, corn, garlic butter, and milk. Mix until combined.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir gently.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

Serve warm and enjoy with a side salad or crusty bread. Add chopped parsley or green onions for freshness. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. To reheat, bake in the oven or microwave individual portions.
