Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp seafood seasoning
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

Cooking

  • Melt. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium low heat without browning.
  • Garlic. Cook the garlic 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Season. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, seafood seasoning, and pepper and simmer 3 to 4 minutes on low.
  • Finish. Remove from the heat, stir in the parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Substitutions: Use smoked paprika for a smoky note or a pinch of cayenne for heat.
Tips: Keep the heat low so the garlic does not brown, and whisk in a spoonful of hot water if the sauce separates.
Storage: Refrigerate in a covered jar up to 4 days and rewarm gently. Discard any sauce that touched raw seafood.
