Ingredients

For the Steak Bites

  • 1.5 lbs Sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tbsp Butter, divided 2 tablespoons for cooking steak, 2 for garlic butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

For the Pasta and Sauce

  • 1 lb Pasta twists (rotini or fusilli)
  • 3 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Milk (if needed, to thin the sauce)

Instructions

Preparation of Steak Bites

  • In a large bowl, toss the cubed steak with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the steak pieces in a single layer. Cook in two batches if needed to avoid overcrowding, searing each batch for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to your preference.
  • Transfer the steak to a plate and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss them gently in the garlic butter. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Cooking the Pasta and Sauce

  • Cook the pasta twists in a pot of generously salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
  • For the Alfredo sauce, melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  • Lower the heat, then slowly mix in the Parmesan and mozzarella until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add milk a tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.

Assembly and Serving

  • Add the drained pasta to the pot with the Alfredo sauce. Toss thoroughly to ensure every piece is coated.
  • Serve the creamy Alfredo pasta on individual plates and top generously with the garlic butter steak bites.
  • Garnish with extra Parmesan and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For serving, plate the creamy Alfredo pasta and top with garlic butter steak bites right before serving. Pair with a simple salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
