Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  • In a separate pot, cook shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot.
  • Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the pasta, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Serve steak bites over creamy Parmesan shells, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the steak marinate in olive oil, garlic, and pepper for 30 minutes before cooking. Stir the creamy sauce continuously to avoid burning and ensure even melting of cheese.
