Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites

  • 1.5 lbs steak, cut into bite-sized cubes Use tender cuts like sirloin or ribeye.
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional) Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley For garnish.

For the Alfredo Sauce

  • 12 oz fusilli, rotini, or cavatappi pasta Twisty shapes hold sauce well.
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  • Mix with the cooked pasta.

Cook the Steak Bites

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add steak bites, season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Add butter and garlic, stirring for another minute.

Serve

  • Plate the steak bites over or alongside the creamy Alfredo pasta.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently and add a splash of milk if sauce thickens. Consider pairing with a salad or garlic bread.
