Ingredients
  

Pizza Base Options

  • 1 piece classic pizza dough (wood-fired Italian style)
  • 1 piece fast no-yeast pizza dough This is excellent!
  • 1 piece store-bought dough

Garlic Infused Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp crushed garlic (2 – 3 large cloves) Can be made into a paste.
  • tsp cooking salt / kosher salt Double the quantity for salt flakes.

Cheeses

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Tightly packed cup.
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded Tightly packed cup.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 250°C / 480°F (230°C for fan ovens). Allow some time for the oven to get nice and hot.
  • To make garlic-infused oil, mix olive oil and garlic in a small bowl. Set it aside to infuse with flavor for about 10 minutes.
  • Prepare your pizza base by rolling out your chosen pizza dough and stretching it onto a pizza pan.
  • Spread the garlic oil (along with all the garlic) over the pizza base, leaving the crust clean. Sprinkle with salt, followed by the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
  • If using the no-yeast base, lightly spray or brush the exposed crust with olive oil.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes, turning after 4 minutes, until the cheese has golden spots.
  • Cut into slices and serve immediately!

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Feel free to experiment with additional toppings like pepperoni, veggies, or fresh herbs. Don't skip the step of infusing the oil; it makes a big difference in flavor!
