Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz 170 g noodles (wheat noodles, ramen, or rice noodles)
  • 3 tablespoons chili oil with chili flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • Optional: pinch of sugar sesame seeds, chopped peanuts, or cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, heat chili oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn it).
  • Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Turn off the heat.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
  • Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or chopped peanuts if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the spicy, savory flavor!
