Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter Use either based on preference.
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 500 g ground beef (80/20 preferred) Contains fat for flavor.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • 1 package biscuit dough Can substitute with pizza or pastry dough.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat the olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  • Add the ground beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into squares.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square and top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  • Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, do not overfill the biscuit dough to avoid leaks while baking. You can experiment with different types of cheese like cheddar or mozzarella, and add cooked bacon bits or chopped jalapeños for extra flavor.
