Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce

  • 1 stick butter Melted
  • 8-10 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce More if desired
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • cup fresh parsley, minced

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.

Making the Sauce

  • In a pan, melt the stick of butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the grated parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Mix well until combined and bubbly.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill or a skillet.
  • Place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Brush the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce over the chicken as it cooks for added flavor.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before using to prevent burning. Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the skewers for added flavor. Increase hot sauce or red pepper flakes for a spicier kick.
