Dough

  • 1 large fathead dough

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef You can use ground turkey or chicken for variation.
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Experiment with different cheeses.
  • 4 slices bacon
  • ½ cup pizza sauce Substitute with barbecue sauce or ranch dressing for a twist.
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the fathead dough according to the recipe.
  • Roll out the dough into a large circle to form the crust.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion, salt, and pepper until browned.
  • Layer the cooked beef over the crust, followed by the pizza sauce, cheese, bacon slices, and any additional toppings.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  • Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the pizza cool completely. Then wrap it in plastic wrap or foil and place it in the fridge. It will last for about 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven for the best taste. Tips: Roll out the fathead dough evenly, and don't overload the pizza with too many toppings.
