  • 1 large egg Binds the meatball mixture.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For added flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Cooking Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For browning the meatballs.
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced Adds texture and flavor.
  • 1 cup beef broth For the sauce base.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Creates a rich, creamy sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce For depth of flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms until golden brown.
  • Add beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

To store leftovers, cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to three days. Can freeze for up to three months.
