  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ΒΌ cup lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 1 small can Angel Flake coconut

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
  • Stir in the Angel Flake coconut until evenly mixed.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into the graham cracker crusts.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Notes

For an extra touch, you could add a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of additional coconut on top. You can also add more coconut or some crushed pineapple for added texture and flavor. If you prefer a sweeter pie, consider adding a little sugar to the coconut mixture.
