  • 2 cups fresh spinach Rich in iron and antioxidants
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple Adds natural sweetness and creamy texture
  • 1 medium banana Provides potassium and creamy texture
  • 1 cup almond milk Liquid base, dairy-free and low-calorie

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the spinach leaves well to remove dirt. Dry them with a towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess water.
  • Measure out all the ingredients as listed above.
  • Put the spinach, frozen pineapple, and banana in a blender.
  • Add the almond milk and blend on high until smooth. Stop to scrape the sides with a spatula if needed.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. You can add extra fruit or honey for taste.
