  • 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce heaping
  • 1 Tbsp seasoning salt
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup heaping
  • 1 head garlic minced

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, seasoning salt, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, ketchup, and minced garlic.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and mix until they are well coated with the sauce.
  • Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
