Ingredients
  

  • 4 cod fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or fresh herbs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat cod fillets dry and brush with the marinade on both sides.
  • Grill cod for 4–5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove carefully and serve with lemon wedges.
