- 1 lb white fish fillets e.g., tilapia, cod, or mahi mahi
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise optional
- 1 tablespoon lime juice for sauce
- Optional toppings: avocado slices pico de gallo, hot sauce
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture over the fish fillets.
Grill fish for 3–4 minutes per side or until cooked through and flaky.
In a small bowl, mix sour cream, lime juice, and mayonnaise (if using) for the sauce.
Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
Break grilled fish into chunks. Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, sauce, cilantro, and desired toppings.
Serve immediately with lime wedges.
