Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb white fish fillets e.g., tilapia, cod, or mahi mahi
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise optional
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice for sauce
  • Optional toppings: avocado slices pico de gallo, hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the mixture over the fish fillets.
  • Grill fish for 3–4 minutes per side or until cooked through and flaky.
  • In a small bowl, mix sour cream, lime juice, and mayonnaise (if using) for the sauce.
  • Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
  • Break grilled fish into chunks. Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, sauce, cilantro, and desired toppings.
  • Serve immediately with lime wedges.
