Instructions
 

Cook the Beef

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Season the cooked beef with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the Sandwich

  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • On the unbuttered side of two slices, place a portion of the cooked ground beef.
  • Top with the remaining slices of bread, ensuring the buttered sides are facing out.

Grill the Sandwich
