  • 2 pieces ripe avocados Use ripe avocados for the best flavor and creaminess.
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice Can substitute with lemon juice.
  • ½ small red onion (finely diced)
  • 1 small tomato (diced)
  • ¼ cup cilantro (finely chopped)
  • pinch cayenne pepper (optional) Adjust heat according to preference.
  • to taste fine sea salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  • Scoop out the avocado flesh and mash it in a bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients: lime juice, red onion, tomato, cilantro, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix everything together.
  • Season your guacamole with fine sea salt to taste.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Guacamole is best enjoyed fresh. If you have leftovers, store it in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface to prevent browning. Keep it in the fridge for up to 1-2 days.
