For the bread

  • ¾ cup pineapple juice (canned) Canned pineapple juice is recommended for consistent flavor.
  • 1 piece egg, beaten Egg should be at room temperature.
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons milk Use any type of milk.
  • Tablespoons sugar Adjust according to taste.
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • teaspoons active dry yeast

Preparation

  • Measure all ingredients accurately as specified in the recipe.
  • In your bread machine pan, add the pineapple juice, olive oil, and beaten egg.
  • Next, add the milk, sugar, salt, and bread flour.
  • Finally, sprinkle the active dry yeast on top, ensuring it doesn't touch the liquid.

Setting the Machine

  • Select the 'Sweet' or 'Basic' cycle on your bread machine.
  • Set the crust option to medium or light depending on your preference.

Baking

  • Start the machine and let it complete the cycle.
  • Once done, remove the bread promptly and cool it on a wire rack.

Notes

To keep the bread fresh, store it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. You can freeze the bread for longer storage.
