- ¾ cup warm pineapple juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
Add ingredients to your bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer (typically liquids first, then dry ingredients, ending with yeast).
Select the “Sweet” or “Basic” bread setting (depending on your machine), with light or medium crust color.
Press start.
Once the cycle completes, remove the loaf and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
