  • 1 banana banana For creaminess and sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter Adds protein and healthy fats.
  • 1 scoop protein powder Enhances protein content.
  • 1 cup almond milk To blend all ingredients smoothly.

  • Blend until all ingredients are well mixed and creamy.

Notes

To meal prep, cut fruits and veggies in advance and store them in freezer bags for quick blending. Smoothies can last in the fridge for 24-48 hours or frozen for up to a month.
