Ingredients
  

  • 10 Medjool dates pitted
  • cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup crushed peanuts
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate melted (dairy-free if needed)

Instructions
 

  • Slice each date open lengthwise and remove the pits if not already pitted.
  • Fill the cavity of each date with peanut butter.
  • Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top of the peanut butter layer.
  • Dip or drizzle the dates with melted dark chocolate.
  • Place the dates on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
