  • 1 lb linguine or your choice of noodles/pasta, cooked al dente
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

Cooking

  • Melt the butter over medium-high heat in a wok or skillet.
  • Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir to mix thoroughly.
  • Incorporate the sugar, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce into the noodles.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and toss everything again to combine.
  • Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and toss once more.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if you choose to use them.

Notes

Serve hibachi noodles with your preferred hibachi protein or vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
