Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the salmon, skin-side down (if skin-on), and cook for 4–5 minutes.
  • Flip the salmon and pour the honey glaze over the top.
  • Cook for another 4–5 minutes, spooning the glaze over the salmon as it reduces.
  • Remove from heat once the salmon is opaque and flaky.
  • Garnish and serve immediately.
