- 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish optional
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the salmon, skin-side down (if skin-on), and cook for 4–5 minutes.
Flip the salmon and pour the honey glaze over the top.
Cook for another 4–5 minutes, spooning the glaze over the salmon as it reduces.
Remove from heat once the salmon is opaque and flaky.
Garnish and serve immediately.
