Main Ingredients
- 24 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs about six thighs, patted dry
- ¼ cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha optional
- 1 tsp sesame seeds optional, for garnish
- 2 cup broccoli florets optional, roasted on the same pan
Cooking
Prep. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F, line a baking pan with foil, and whisk the marinade ingredients together.
Marinate. Coat the thighs in the marinade and let them sit for twenty minutes.
Bake. Lay the thighs on the pan and bake for about twenty five minutes, flipping halfway, until they reach 165 F.
Broil. Broil for the last two minutes until the edges caramelize, then rest five minutes.
Substitutions: Tamari replaces soy sauce, and boneless chicken breasts work if you shorten the baking time.
Tips: Line the pan with foil and watch the broiler closely.
Storage: Refrigerate for three to four days or freeze for up to three months.
Nutrition does not include the optional sriracha, sesame seeds, and broccoli.
