Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs round steak cut into portions
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup water or beef broth
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon garlic powder or Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Layer Ingredients: Place sliced onions at the bottom of the crock pot. Lay the round steak on top.
  • Mix and Pour: In a small bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water or broth. Pour the mixture over the steak.
