  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or leftover works well)
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • ½ cup chopped green onions optional
  • ½ cup milk to thin mixture slightly
  • 2 cups cooked pasta or 2 cups cooked rice your choice
  • Optional: extra cheese and bacon for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix Base: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and milk until smooth.
