Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup spinach or kale
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed or chia seeds
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender: banana, frozen fruits, leafy greens, yogurt, milk, and seeds.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or agave if desired.
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
  • Optional: Top with granola, sliced fruit, or nuts for added texture.
