  • 2 cans 5 oz each tuna in water, drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese e.g., cheddar or mozzarella
  • ½ cup heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped onions optional
  • ¼ cup almond flour or gluten-free flour of choice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for greasing pie dish

Instructions
