- 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley or sesame seeds for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and vinegar (or lemon juice).
Pat salmon fillets dry and place them in the prepared baking dish.
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Pour the honey glaze mixture over the fillets.
