Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and vinegar (or lemon juice).
  • Pat salmon fillets dry and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper. Pour the honey glaze mixture over the fillets.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Optionally, broil for 1–2 minutes to caramelize the top.
  • Garnish with parsley or sesame seeds and serve hot.
