  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  • Fold in the bittersweet chocolate chunks, ensuring an even distribution throughout the dough.
  • Using a cookie scoop, drop generous portions onto a lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown, yet the centers remain soft.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

Chilling the cookie dough for 24 to 72 hours enhances flavor and improves texture. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to three days.
