Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients: cream cheese, shredded cheese, jalapenos, garlic powder, and any optional extras.

  • Place the cheese mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball using the wrap.
  • Twist the wrap tightly to maintain the shape and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serving

  • Remove the cheese ball from the fridge and unwrap it.
  • Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts, bacon bits, or extra cheese if desired for added texture.

Notes

Prep ingredients a day in advance for easier preparation. This cheese ball can also be frozen before adding garnishes for longer storage.
