Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 –3 jalapeños finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 green onions finely sliced
  • ½ cup chopped pecans optional, for coating
  • Additional cooked bacon diced jalapeños, and green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir until well mixed.
  • Shape the Ball: Form the cheese mixture into a ball shape using your hands or wrap it in plastic wrap and shape it.
  • Coat the Ball: In a shallow dish, combine chopped pecans, extra crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, and green onions. Roll the cheese ball in the mixture until evenly coated.
  • Chill (Optional): For best flavor and firmness, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve: Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and offer with crackers, veggies, or bread slices.
