  • 2 cups Almond flour Use blanched almond flour for better texture.
  • 3 large Eggs Provide structure and moisture.
  • ¼ cup Olive oil Can substitute with melted coconut oil.
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Helps the bread rise.
  • 1 tsp Salt Balances flavors.
  • 1 tsp Baking soda Important for rise and texture.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  • Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring until you have a thick batter. If too thick, add a bit more almond milk.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a variation, consider adding nuts, herbs, or spices to enhance flavor.
