Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika optional
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping
  • Pickles optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, tomato paste, mustard, and cream cheese. Cook until combined and melted through.
  • Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream. Pour over the beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until set and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly, garnish with pickles (optional), and serve.
