- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp paprika optional
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping
- Pickles optional, for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, tomato paste, mustard, and cream cheese. Cook until combined and melted through.
Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream. Pour over the beef mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until set and bubbly.
Let cool slightly, garnish with pickles (optional), and serve.
