Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced cauliflower optional for texture
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped pickles and extra cheese for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Add onion, garlic, celery, and cauliflower (if using). Sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Mix in cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Add heavy cream, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar and let it melt completely.
  • Serve hot, topped with chopped pickles and more cheese if desired.
