  • 4 pieces low-carb tortillas Made from almond or coconut flour

For the filling

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken Cooked and seasoned well
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese Creamy and flavorful
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced or garlic powder to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning To enhance the flavor

For the garlic sauce

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt Base for creamy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese For added flavor

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese to create the garlic sauce.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with Italian seasoning.

Assembling the Wraps

  • Lay a low-carb tortilla flat and spread a generous amount of garlic sauce over it.
  • Add a portion of the seasoned chicken followed by mozzarella cheese.
  • Wrap tightly by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom up to prevent spillage.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the wrapped tortillas for about 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden.
