  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Baking Cookies

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of coconut flour, 1 cup of peanut butter, and 1/2 cup of sweetener.
  • Add 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture, mixing until well combined.
  • Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming small balls.
  • Press each ball down gently with a fork to create a classic cookie shape.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
