  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove over medium heat until warmed through. For a creamier dish, consider stirring in some cream cheese along with the cheddar.
