- ½ cup natural peanut butter unsweetened
- ½ cup butter softened
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup powdered erythritol or keto sweetener
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish or line with parchment.
In a bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, cream cheese, and erythritol until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the center is just set and edges are slightly crisp.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
