Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter unsweetened
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup powdered erythritol or keto sweetener
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish or line with parchment.
  • In a bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, cream cheese, and erythritol until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until smooth.
  • Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the center is just set and edges are slightly crisp.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
