  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour Essential for low carb
  • 2 oz thinly sliced cheddar cheese For added flavor
  • 6 pieces cooked sausage patties Chopped into smaller pieces for even distribution

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, and eggs until smooth.
  • Gradually add the almond flour and mix until well incorporated.
  • Fold in the cheddar cheese and crumbled sausage patties.
  • Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming biscuit shapes.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. They can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to a month. Reheat before serving.
